About Us
Our company is majorly a manufacturing oil service company/ refinery but we are also involved in the oil storages, specializing in the storage of petroleum products, transportation, and a range of petrochemical services across Kazakhstan, the Netherlands, Houston, as well as various locations in Asia and Europe. As a member of Central Europe’s largest storage union, we pride ourselves on our comprehensive capabilities in the storage and transport of liquid cargo. Our operations include specialized tank storages designed for bulk storage of oil products and other similar cargos, all managed under one cohesive framework. At our terminals, we store a diverse array of liquid bulk products categorized into four main groups: oil products, chemicals ,LPG and LNG, and biofuels.Additionally, we offer a suite of handling services to ensure seamless operations at our facilities. Our reliable tanks, maintained in optimal working condition, are equipped to accommodate various products and quantities, aligning with your specific needs and objectives. While our roots are firmly in Kazakhstan, we also manage subleased tanks at key global locations, including Jurong Port in Singapore, Fujairah in the UAE, Rotterdam in the Netherlands, and Houston in Texas, among others.

At ZHELTOKSAN-MUNAY-TERMINALY, LLP, safety underpins all that we do. It is our number-one priority and at the forefront of our operations. Refineries are classified as top tier sites by the Health and Safety Executive, so it is imperative that the risks associated with handling potentially hazardous products in all conditions are identified, controlled and reduced. The level of reliability that is needed when running an integrated oil refinery is far greater than that which is needed in other industries.
